คนที่ใช้งาน Android 4.1 Jelly Bean ในตอนนี้ สามารถใช้งานแอพ Google Now ที่มีฟีเจอร์เท่ากับที่ประกาศไว้ใน Android 4.2 ได้แล้ว ของใหม่ได้แก่

  • เพิ่มคำสั่งที่รองรับใน voice actions เช่น ลงนัดในปฏิทิน
  • เพิ่ม card ข้อมูลจากเดิม เช่น สถานที่น่าสนใจในบริเวณใกล้เคียง รอบฉายภาพยนตร์และคอนเสิร์ต จองร้านอาหาร สถานะการส่งพัสดุ
  • ทำงานร่วมกับ Gmail สามารถส่งอีเมลจาก Google Now ด้วยเสียงพูดได้เลย
